Visa sponsorship means the company sponsors the visa for the candidate eventually hired for the position, allowing the individual to work in the destination country. A relocation package refers to the set of services provided during the relocation process, which varies by company. Some companies offer no package, while others cover costs like visa, travel, accommodation, and transportation for a period after the move.
How does Referend work?
All positions listed on Referend include visa sponsorship. Additionally, WINaTALENT collaborates with at least one partner at the destination company for all these positions. After purchasing a subscription and accessing the list, you apply for a position through WINaTALENT. WINaTALENT shortlists applications and sends the best candidates to their referral partner, who then refers these individuals to the destination company. Why does WINaTALENT shortlist candidates?
Referrers are employees of the destination company, and if all applications were sent to one referrer, they wouldn't be able to review and evaluate all candidates. This would limit the number of referrals they could make. WINaTALENT shortlists the applicants to optimize the process, allowing referrers to refer more candidates for different positions.
What are the criteria for shortlisting candidates?
The shortlisting criteria are based on the candidate's resume matching the job description. For example, WINaTALENT conducts a phone interview to assess the required language level for the position.
What are the next steps after shortlisting?
After being shortlisted and having your resume sent to the referrer, the process continues according to the hiring procedures of the destination company. WINaTALENT has no further role in the hiring process or its outcome once the shortlist is sent.
What is the cost of accessing the service?
To apply for a position, you'll need to purchase BIDs. Each application will use 20 BIDs, and with at least 20 BID in your account, you'll unlock full access to the details of each position. You can find the BID packages and their prices in your BIDs menu in your dashboard.
Can purchased BIDs be returned and refunded?
No, once purchased, BIDs cannot be returned or refunded.
Is registration required to apply for positions?
Yes, you need to register on the WINaTALENT platform to apply for positions. After registration, you can upload your LinkedIn profile and CV on WINaTALENT, and your CV will be used for shortlisting.
